7 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
8 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
9 CONCURRING HEREIN, that the General Assembly, pursuant to
10 subsection (c) of Section 5 of Article IV of the Illinois
11 Constitution, hereby determines that the public interest
12 requires that the Pension Laws Commission, a legislative
13 commission, convene in closed session for the purpose of
14 reviewing personnel matters; and, therefore, the General
15 Assembly hereby authorizes the Pension Laws Commission to
16 convene in closed session for the purpose of reviewing
17 personnel matters during no more than 3 scheduled meetings,
18 after reasonable public notice as required by subsection (a)
19 of Section 7 of Article IV of the Illinois Constitution, to
20 be held during the period from March 1, 1997 through May 15,
21 1997; and be it further
22 RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be delivered to
23 each member of the Pension Laws Commission.
