1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1566
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1566, on page 1,
3 line 19, by inserting after "structures," the following: "by
4 environmental contamination,"; and
5 on page 1, in line 30, by inserting after "investment,"
6 the following: "substantial unemployment,"; and
7 on page 2, in line 5, by inserting after "morals," the
8 following: "economic security,"; and
9 on page 2, in line 19, by inserting after "investment"
10 the following: "in industrial, commercial, and residential
11 development"; and
12 on page 11, in line 13, by replacing "a" with "the"; and
13 on page 12, in line 27, by inserting immediately before
14 the period "or mines"; and
15 on page 22, by replacing lines 13 through 15 with the
16 following: "amendatory Act of 1998 shall not be amended to";
17 and
18 on page 37, in lines 4 and 17, by inserting immediately
19 before the period: ", as permitted under this Act".
