1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1527
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1527 on page 13,
3 line 6, by replacing "expenses related" with the following:
4 "original cost of construction and installation of any
5 cellular tower or like facility for which an agreement to
6 jointly share with another telecommunications carrier has
7 been entered into or otherwise renewed or extended after
8 January 1, 1998."; and
9 on page 13, by deleting lines 7 through 9.
