1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1292
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1292 on page 5,
3 lines 29 and 32 and on page 6, line 3 by changing "90 days"
4 each time it appears to "one year"; and
5 on page 8, by replacing lines 24 through 26 with the
6 following:
7 "(1) A lender, a lender's heir or legal agent, or a
8 claimant is responsible for notifying the museum
9 promptly, in writing, if there is any change in ownership
10 of the objects (whether through inter vivos transfer or
11 death) or if there is a change in the identity or address
12 of the lender.".
