1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1288
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1288, AS AMENDED,
3 as follows:
4 in Section 5, in Sec. 9.10, by replacing subsection (d) with
5 the following:
6 "(d) When the Authority acquires an owner-occupied
7 dwelling the Authority shall reimburse the property owner up
8 to $500 for reasonable attorney's fees actually incurred by
9 the property owner related to closing costs in conjunction
10 with the property owner's purchase of a replacement
11 dwelling."; and
12 below the last line of Sec. 14 in Section 5, by inserting the
13 following:
14 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
15 becoming law.".
