1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1246
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1246 on page 1,
3 line 5, by replacing "Section 18-8.05" with "Sections 18-8.05
4 and 27-12"; and
5 on page 26, immediately below line 27, by inserting the
6 following:
7 "(105 ILCS 5/27-12) (from Ch. 122, par. 27-12)
8 Sec. 27-12. Honesty, kindness, justice and moral
9 courage.
10 Every public school teacher shall teach the pupils
11 honesty, kindness, justice, discipline, respect for others,
12 and moral courage for the purpose of lessening crime and
13 raising the standard of good citizenship.
