1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1050
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1050 on page 5, by
3 deleting lines 30 through 32 and inserting in lieu thereof
4 the following:
5 "(g) The Commission shall determine the eligibility of
6 and make grants to applicants enrolled at qualified
7 for-profit institutions in accordance with the criteria set
8 forth in this Section. The eligibility of applicants
9 enrolled at such for-profit institutions shall be limited as
10 follows:"; and
11 on page 5, line 33, by changing "to" to "to eligible"; and
12 on page 6, line 2, by changing "to" to "to eligible"; and
13 on page 6, line 7, by changing "all" to "all eligible"; and
14 on page 6, by deleting lines 9 through 17.
