1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1024
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1024, AS AMENDED,
3 in Section 94.5, in Sec. 1801.1, in subsection B, by
4 inserting before the last sentence the following:
5 "An employer may, at its option, submit information regarding
6 any rehired employee in the same manner as information is
7 submitted regarding a newly hired employee.".
