1 AN ACT to amend the Chicago State University Law by
2 changing Section 5-10.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Chicago State University Law is amended
6 by changing Section 5-10 as follows:
7 (110 ILCS 660/5-10)
8 Sec. 5-10. There is hereby created a body politic and
9 corporate which shall be known as styled the Board of
10 Trustees of Chicago State University (hereinafter called the
11 Board), and which shall operate, manage, control, and
12 maintain Chicago State University in accordance with the
13 rights, powers and duties now or hereafter vested by law in
14 that Board.
