6 To the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the
7 House of Representatives:
8 We, the conference committee appointed to consider the
9 differences between the houses in relation to House Amendment
10 No. 1 to Senate Bill 806, recommend the following:
11 (1) that the Senate concur in House Amendment No. 1; and
12 (2) that Senate Bill 806, AS AMENDED, be further amended
13 with reference to the page and line numbers of House
14 Amendment No. 1, on page 7, line 23, by inserting after
15 "writing." the following:
16 "An employer may, at its option, submit information regarding
17 any rehired employee in the same manner as information is
18 submitted regarding a newly hired employee.".
