1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 802
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 802 on page 3,
3 line 21, by changing "organization" to "organization (HMO)";
4 and
5 on page 3 by replacing lines 23 and 24 with the following:
6 "organization (as defined in Section 1301(a) of the
7 Public Health Service Act.)"; and
8 on page 7, line 12, by replacing "conflicting inconsistent,"
9 with "conflicting, inconsistent"; and
10 on page 17 by replacing lines 30, 31, and 32 with the
11 following:
12 "adverse selection as approved by the Department."; and
13 on page 20, line 12, by changing "40(E)" to "40(D)"; and
14 on page 22, line 13, by deleting "and State"; and
15 on page 26, line 6, by replacing "reserves" with "capacity";
16 and
17 on page 26, line 11, by changing "continuation" to
18 "contribution"; and
19 on page 28, line 13, by changing "20(C)(1)" to "20(C)(2)(a)";
