1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 730
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 730 as follows:
3 on page 2, by replacing lines 6 through 8 with "This
4 subsection (a) applies to ordinances enacted by any county,
5 city, village, incorporated town, or other municipal
6 corporation. Any provision of an ordinance enacted by a
7 county, city, village, incorporated town, or other municipal
8 corporation"; and
9 on page 2, lines 10, 11, and 13, by replacing "county" each
10 time it appears with "county, city, village, incorporated
11 town, or other municipal corporation"; and
12 on page 2, below line 22, by inserting the following:
13 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
14 becoming law.".
