1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 685
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 685, AS AMENDED,
3 in Section 5 of the bill, in Sec. 12.5, by inserting
4 immediately below the last line of subsection (f) the
5 following:
6 "(g) A limited purpose branch may not be located within
7 1,000 feet of a facility operated by an inter-track wagering
8 licensee or an organization licensee subject to the Illinois
9 Horse Racing Act of 1975, on a riverboat subject to the
10 Riverboat Gambling Act, or within 1,000 feet of the location
11 at which the riverboat docks.".
