1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 607
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 607 on page 2 by
3 replacing lines 26 through 30 with the following:
4 "the Illinois Municipal Code, and cities that file a
5 report with the Comptroller under Section 3.1-35-115 of
6 the Illinois Municipal Code.
7 (3) Counties with a population of 1,000,000 or
8 more."; and
9 on page 3, by replacing lines 4 through 7 with the following:
10 "direction of the Auditor General."; and
11 on page 5, by deleting lines 7 through 32; and
12 on page 6, by deleting lines 1 through 17; and
13 on page 7, by replacing line 5 with the following:
14 "changing Section 8-8-4 as follows:"; and
15 on page 7, by deleting line 6 through 32; and
16 on page 8, by deleting lines 1 through 5.
