1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 535
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 535 on page 1,
3 line 10 by replacing "belonging to" with "owned by"; and
4 on page 1, by replacing lines 12 through 18 with the
5 following:
6 "3,000,000 is exempt. Any such property leased to an entity
7 that is not exempt shall remain exempt, and the leasehold
8 interest of the lessee shall be assessed under Section 9-195
9 of this Code.".
