1 AN ACT to amend the Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act
2 by changing Section 20.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act is
6 amended by changing Section 20 as follows:
7 (225 ILCS 225/20) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 116.320)
8 Sec. 20. Application of Act. Nothing in this Act shall be
9 construed to exclude the State of Illinois and departments
10 thereof except that the provisions in this Act for
11 applications for license, the provisions for fees for
12 licenses, and the provision for fine and imprisonment shall
13 not apply to the State of Illinois and to Departments
14 thereof.
