Appropriates $1, or so much of that amount as may be
necessary, to the Department of Human Services for the
installation of closed circuit televisions in institutions
supervised or operated by the Department. Effective July 1,
1997.

1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $1, or so much of that amount as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Human
6 Services for the installation of closed circuit televisions
7 in institutions supervised or operated by the Department.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
9 July 1, 1997.
