2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 418 on page 1,
3 line 18, after "rooms.", by inserting the following:
4 "Nothing in this Section shall be construed to supersede or
5 interfere with any current provisions in the Mental Health
6 and Developmental Disabilities Code concerning the
7 observation and monitoring of patients.".
