1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 340
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 340, on page 1,
3 lines 9 and 10, by deleting "having the care or custody of a
4 child under the age of 18"; and
5 on page 1, line 11, by replacing "under the age of 18" with
6 "under the age of 18"; and
7 on page 1, lines 15 and 16, by deleting "having the care or
8 custody of a child under the age of 18"; and
9 on page 1, lines 17 and 18, by inserting after "child"
10 wherever it appears the following:
11 "under the age of 18".
