Amend Senate Bill 214 on page 7, 3 line 6, by replacing "180" with "270"; and 4 on page 7, line 13, by replacing "a separate account" with 5 "I-CYCLE accounts maintained"; and 6 on page 7, below line 17, by inserting the following: 7 "All State agencies having an aluminum can recycling 8 program in place shall continue with their current plan. If a 9 State agency has an existing recycling program in place, 10 proceeds from the aluminum can recycling program may be 11 retained and distributed pursuant to that program, otherwise 12 all revenue resulting from these programs shall be forwarded 13 to Central Management Services, I-CYCLE for placement into 14 the appropriate account within the State Surplus Property 15 Revolving Fund, minus any operating costs associated with the 16 program.".
