Appropriates $1 to the State Board of Education for
distribution to school districts under a school bus crossing
control arm matching grant program. Appropriates $1 to the
Department of Central Management Services for the purchase
and payment of amounts due under contracts for the purchase
of crossing control arms for school buses. Effective July 1,
1997.

1 AN ACT making appropriations to the State Board of
2 Education and the Department of Central Management Services.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $1, or so much of that amount as
6 may be necessary, is appropriated to the State Board of
7 Education for distribution to school districts as provided
8 under the school bus crossing control arm matching grant
9 reimbursement program created by Section 29-18 of the School
10 Code.
11 Section 10. The sum of $1, or so much of that amount as
12 may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of
13 Central Management Services for the purchase and payment of
14 amounts due and to become due under contracts for the
15 purchase of crossing control arms for school buses under
16 Section 35.10 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.
17 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
18 1, 1997.
