2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 13, on page 1,
3 line 13, by inserting "the escape" after "aids"; and
4 on page 1, by replacing line 14, with the following:
5 "a Class A misdemeanor if the offense committed was a
6 misdemeanor, and a Class 4 felony if the offense committed
7 was a felony.".
