2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 6, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of House
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 4, line 20, by deleting the period
5 and inserting instead ";"; and
6 on page 4, line 22, by deleting the period and inserting
7 instead "; or"; and
8 on page 4, line 30, by deleting the period and inserting
9 instead "; or"; and
10 on page 6, line 4, by inserting after "petition" the
11 following:
12 "in accordance with the Civil Practice Law"; and
13 on page 6, line 15, by changing "Counsel" to "To be present
14 and to be represented by counsel"; and
15 on page 7, by deleting lines 7 through 9; and
16 on page 8, line 31, by inserting after "parties" the
17 following:
18 ", provided that any continuance granted shall be subject to
19 Section 103-5 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963"; and
20 on page 9, by replacing lines 14 and 15 with "."; and
