1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives wish to congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Palmer
4 Hales, of Newman, Illinois, on the occasion of their fiftieth
5 wedding anniversary; and
6 WHEREAS, Palmer Hales and Helen Wilson were married at
7 the Pleasant Hill Methodist Church on June 27, 1948; Palmer
8 is a retired farmer and Helen is a homemaker; and
9 WHEREAS, Palmer and Helen Hales are the parents of Dana
10 Hales and Karen Riddell; they have three grandchildren and
11 one step-grandchild; therefore, be it
12 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
13 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
14 congratulate Palmer and Helen Hales on their fiftieth wedding
15 anniversary; and be it further
16 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
17 presented to Palmer and Helen Hales, along with our sincerest
18 regards for their continued happiness.
