1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of this Body take great pleasure in
3 recognizing those students who have accomplished great
4 things; and
5 WHEREAS, The Eighth Annual District #158 Elementary
6 School Spelling Bee was held May 6, 1998 at Coolidge
7 Elementary School; and
8 WHEREAS, The awards were presented by Veronda S. Cottle,
9 Superintendent of Lansing Public School District #158; and
10 WHEREAS, Lakisha Udoh of Oak Glen Elementary School won
11 the Fifth Grade Competition; and
12 WHEREAS, We are indeed proud of Lakisha Udoh; therefore,
13 be it
14 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
15 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
16 congratulate Lakisha Udoh on winning the Fifth Grade
17 Competition and take this opportunity to wish her the best in
18 the future; and be it further
19 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
20 presented to Lakisha Udoh.
