1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, Wayne Wagner has spent time unselfishly for the
3 youth of our State; and
4 WHEREAS, Wayne Wagner has organized the State tournament
5 of the Illinois Congressional Debate Association in the
6 Capitol Building of Springfield, Illinois, for many years;
7 and
8 WHEREAS, Wayne Wagner has directed and run an extremely
9 educational experience for those involved; and
10 WHEREAS, Wayne Wagner has instilled an interest in the
11 running of a democratic government in the students; and
12 WHEREAS, Wayne Wagner has decided to retire from his post
13 of tournament manager of the State tournament to pursue other
14 interests; therefore, be it
15 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
16 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
17 commend Wayne Wagner for his many years of service and that
18 we wish him the best of luck in the future; and be it further
19 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
20 presented to Wayne Wagner.
