1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, It has come to our attention that Ken Keene was
3 named Village Employee of the Year by the Winnetka Chamber of
4 Commerce; and
5 WHEREAS, Ken Keene has been the village's public works
6 director since 1993; and
7 WHEREAS, He has overseen a number of community projects,
8 including closure of the village's landfill, construction of
9 a major storm water pumping station, and rehabilitation of
10 the Cherry and Oak Street bridges; therefore, be it
11 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
12 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
13 congratulate Ken Keene on being named Village Employee of the
14 Year by the Winnetka Chamber of Commerce and extend our best
15 wishes to him for the future; and be it further
16 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
17 presented to Ken Keene.
