1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives wish to congratulate Christ Temple Church of
4 the Apostolic Faith, 502 South 6th Avenue, Maywood, Illinois,
5 on being chosen as the site for the Quarterly Session of The
6 Illinois State Council of the Pentecostal Churches of the
7 Apostolic Faith, Inc., to be held from November 13 to
8 November 15, 1997 for the purpose of giving honor and praise
9 to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; and
10 WHEREAS, The Pastor of Christ Temple Church of the
11 Apostolic Faith, Bishop John P. Bellamy, will serve as
12 Chairman for the Quarterly Session; and
13 WHEREAS, Bishop J.E. Moore will serve as Vice-Chairman,
14 Evangelist Delilah Vance will serve as Secretary, Minister
15 Joann Clark will serve as Assistant Secretary, Sister Robbie
16 Collins will serve as Treasurer, and Dr. D. Rayford Bell will
17 serve as Diocesan; therefore, be it
18 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
19 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
20 congratulate Christ Temple Church of the Apostolic Faith in
21 Maywood, Illinois and hope that, upon the conclusion of their
22 Quarterly Session business, they may continue to be a
23 blessing to the community; and be it further
24 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
25 presented to Pastor Bishop John P. Bellamy of Christ Temple
26 Church of the Apostolic Faith.
