1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE RESOLUTION 110
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Resolution 110 on page
3 2, in line 2, by deleting "the Governor appoint"; and
4 on page 2, in line 3, by deleting "to"; and
5 on page 2, in line 5, after "facility", by inserting "; that
6 the panel shall be composed of 8 members, 2 each to be
7 appointed by the President and Minority Leader of the Senate
8 and the Speaker and Minority Leader of the House of
9 Representatives; and that the Director of the Illinois
10 Environmental Protection Agency, or his or her designee,
11 shall serve as chairperson of the panel"; and
12 on page 2, in lines 6 and 7, by deleting "the panel shall be
13 composed of 7 members to be appointed by the Governor;"; and
14 on page 2, in line 18, by replacing "May 15, 1997" with "July
15 1, 1997"; and
16 on page 2, in line 25, after "Governor,", by inserting "the
17 President and Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker and
18 Minority Leader of the House of Representatives,".
