1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its
3 report, dated October 1, 1998, with the Senate, the House of
4 Representatives, and the Secretary of State of Illinois as
5 required by Section 2-3.25g of the School Code; therefore, be
6 it
7 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
8 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
9 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, That the request made by
10 Carpentersville CUSD 300 - Cook, DeKalb, Kane and McHenry
11 with respect to a decennial building safety survey,
12 identified in the report filed by the State Board of
13 Education as request WM198-1071, is disapproved.
