Appropriates $10,000 to the Department of Transportation

1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $10,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
6 of Transportation for a grant to the Village of Homewood for
7 the purpose of making a grant for senior citizen
8 transportation services.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
10 July 1, 1998.
