1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3838
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3838 on page 32, by
3 deleting lines 5, 6, and 7 and inserting the following:
4 "Article 10
5 Section 1. In addition to any other funds appropriated
6 for that purpose, the sum of $102,400 is appropriated from
7 the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Labor for all
8 costs associated with conducting the study mandated by the
9 Progress of Women and Minorities in Workplace Act, P.A.
10 87-0405.
11 Article 11
12 Section 99. Effective date. This Act becomes effective
13 on July 1, 1998.".
