The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by 6 adding Section 8-804 as follows: 7 (735 ILCS 5/8-804 new) 8 Sec. 8-804. Parent and child. Neither a parent nor a 9 child may be compelled to disclose in any court or to any 10 administrative body any statement made to the parent or the 11 child by the other, nor be compelled to divulge any 12 information which has been obtained from the other, except as 13 to such matters in which either has acted as agent for the 14 other.
