1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by changing Section 20-9.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing
5 Section 20-9 as follows:
6 (105 ILCS 5/20-9) (from Ch. 122, par. 20-9)
7 Sec. 20-9. Recreating working cash fund. Nothing in this
8 Article prevents a school district which has abolished or
9 abated its working cash fund from again creating a working
10 cash fund in the manner provided in this Article.
