1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3625
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3625 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 19 and 20 with the following:
4 "assessment process shall include a standardized standard
5 literacy test, such as the most recent form of the Test for
6 Adult Basic Education (T.A.B.E.), testing and a determination
7 of English language proficiency for those".
