1 AN ACT to amend the Environmental Protection Act by
2 changing Section 7.5.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Environmental Protection Act is amended by
6 changing Section 7.5 as follows:
7 (415 ILCS 5/7.5) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1007.5)
8 Sec. 7.5. Filing fees. The Board shall collect filing
9 fees as prescribed in this Act. The fees shall be deposited
10 into in the Pollution Control Board Fund. The filing fees
11 shall be as follows:
12 Petition for site-specific regulation, $75.
13 Petition for variance, $75.
14 Petition for review of permit, $75.
15 Petition to contest local government decision pursuant to
16 Section 40.1, $75.
17 Petition for an adjusted standard, pursuant to Section
18 28.1, $75.
