1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3254
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3254 on page 1,
3 line 14, after "premises." By inserting the following:
4 "No prohibition under this Section, however, shall apply to
5 any licensed premises, such as without limitation a
6 restaurant or food shop, where selling, giving, or delivering
7 alcoholic liquor is not the principal business of the
8 licensee at those premises.".
