1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Highway Code by adding
2 Section 4-219.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by
6 adding Section 4-219 as follows:
7 (605 ILCS 5/4-219 new)
8 Sec. 4-219. Nursing home signs. The Department shall
9 include nursing homes as a type of motorist service to be
10 considered for signing on conventional highways, with the
11 criteria for signing, location of signs, and sign design
12 determined by the Department.
