1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by adding Sections
2 10-21.13 and 34-21.8.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections
6 10-21.13 and 34-21.8 as follows:
7 (105 ILCS 5/10-21.13 new)
8 Sec. 10-21.13. Preschool practice house. To establish a
9 preschool practice house to train children under the age of
10 compulsory school attendance in order to get them ready to
11 attend school.

13 Sec. 34-21.8. Preschool practice house. The board shall
14 establish preschool practice houses to train children under
15 the age of compulsory school attendance in order to get them
16 ready to attend school.
