Amends the Displaced Homemakers Assistance Act. Provides
that services offered under the Act shall be provided to
displaced homemakers between the ages of 25 and 65 (now
between the ages of 35 and 60).

1 AN ACT to amend the Displaced Homemakers Assistance Act
2 by changing Section 4.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Displaced Homemakers Assistance Act is
6 amended by changing Section 4 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 615/4) (from Ch. 23, par. 3454)
8 Sec. 4. Beneficiaries of services. The services to be
9 offered under this Act shall be provided to, but not
10 necessarily be limited to, those displaced homemakers between
11 the ages of 25 35 and 65 60.
