3 line 16, after "conclusion", by inserting "of execution"; and
4 on page 1, line 19, after "country", by inserting "or
5 countries"; and
6 on page 1, line 21, by replacing "any" with "the"; and
7 on page 1, line 22, by replacing "a substantial" with "the
8 predominant"; and
9 on page 6, line 21, after "appeal", by inserting "; provided
10 that this provision shall not preclude the parties from
11 raising any ground for setting aside or refusing to recognize
12 or enforce an arbitral award to the extent otherwise
13 permitted under applicable federal law"; and
14 on page 8, line 2, after "appeal", by inserting "; provided
