Amends "AN ACT to amend the General Obligation Bond Act"
(Public Act 90-8). Adds an effective date to coincide with
the effective date of this amendatory Act. Effective
immediately.

1 AN ACT to amend "AN ACT to amend the General Obligation
2 Bond Act", approved June 11, 1997, (Public Act 90-8) by
3 adding an effective date Section.
4 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
5 represented in the General Assembly:
6 Section 5. "AN ACT to amend the General Obligation Bond
7 Act", approved June 11, 1997, (Public Act 90-8) is amended by
8 adding Section 99 as follows:
9 (P.A. 90-8, Sec. 99 new)
10 Sec. 99. Effective date. This Act (Public Act 90-8)
11 takes effect on the effective date of this amendatory Act of
12 1997.
13 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
14 becoming law.
