2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2299, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 2, line 16, after "5.4.", by inserting the
5 following:
6 "In Vermilion County, however, an enterprise zone shall be in
7 effect for 30 calendar years or for a lesser number of years
8 specified in the certified designating ordinance.".
