1 AN ACT to amend the Election Code by changing Section
2 4-8.02.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Election Code is amended by changing
6 Section 4-8.02 as follows:
7 (10 ILCS 5/4-8.02) (from Ch. 46, par. 4-8.02)
8 Sec. 4-8.02. Upon the issuance of a disabled voter's
9 identification card as provided in Section 19-12.1, the
10 county clerk shall cause the identification number of the
11 such card to be clearly noted on all the registration cards
12 of that such voter.
