1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2098
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2098 on page 1,
3 line 20, after "and 6" by inserting "and adding Section 3.1";
4 and
5 on page 3, below line 14, by inserting the following:
6 "(30 ILCS 565/3.1 new)
7 Sec. 3.1. Vehicles of elected officials. No elected
8 official in the State of Illinois may own an imported car or
9 truck or park an imported car or truck on State property
10 unless the car or truck consists of at least 55% United
11 States content.".
