1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2069
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2069, on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 16 through 24 with the following:
4 "(b) Every person whose card is revoked by the
5 Department of State Police shall return the revoked card in a
6 form and manner as prescribed by the Department of State
7 Police. The Department of State Police and any law
8 enforcement officer shall have the authority to seize and
9 confiscate a revoked Firearm Owner's Identification Card
10 under guidelines and procedures established for this purpose
11 by the Department of State Police."; and
12 on page 1, line 25, by changing "(d)" to "(c)".
