1 AN ACT to amend the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 by
2 changing Section 4-3.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Juvenile Court Act of 1987 is amended by
6 changing Section 4-3 as follows:
7 (705 ILCS 405/4-3) (from Ch. 37, par. 804-3)
8 Sec. 4-3. Addicted minor. Those who are "Addicted
9 minor" includes include any minor who is an addict or an
10 alcoholic as defined in the Alcoholism and Other Drug Abuse
11 and Dependency Act.
