90_HB1974 Makes appropriations to the Court of Claims for awards and recommendations made by the Court of Claims. Effective July 1, 1997. LRB9005232WHdv LRB9005232WHdv 1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Court of Claims. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 1. In addition to any amounts previously 5 appropriated for such purposes, the amount of $4,500,000, or 6 so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the 7 Court of Claims from the General Revenue Fund to pay claims 8 under the Crime Victims Compensation Act. 9 Section 2. The following named amounts are appropriated 10 from the General Revenue Fund to the Court of Claims to pay 11 claims in conformity with awards and recommendations made by 12 the Court of Claims as follows: 13 No. 86-CC-2162, Willie M.
