1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1802
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1802 on page 1,
3 line 11 by replacing "nor" with ","; and
4 on page 1, line 12, after "age" by inserting ", or aid and
5 abet in the purchase of lottery tickets or shares by a minor
6 under 18 years of age"; and
7 on page 1, line 29, after "Section" by inserting "by a person
8 other than the purchasing minor"; and
9 on page 2, line 1, after "felony." by inserting the
10 following:
11 "Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, a violation
12 of this Section by a minor under 18 years of age shall be a
13 petty offense."; and
14 on page 3, line 11, by replacing "upon" with "after".
