1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1782
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1782 on page 9,
3 line 25, by replacing "these preventive services" with
4 "homemaker services"; and
5 on page 9, line 26, by replacing "service providers." with
6 the following: "homemakers. Upon a homemaker's written
7 request, the Department shall remove the homemaker's name
8 from the registry."; and
9 on page 16, line 24, by replacing "The" with "At the district
10 offices, the"; and
11 on page 16, line 26, by replcing "these preventive services"
12 with "homemaker and personal attendant services"; and
13 on page 16, line 27, by replacing "service providers." with
14 "homemakers and personal attendants. Upon the written
15 request to the Department by a homemaker or personal
16 attendant, the Department shall remove from the registry the
17 name of the homemaker or personal attendant.".
